Ready Legal believes in transparency and clarity when it comes to legal fees. Most services are billed hourly, with flat-fee options available for select matters agreed upon in advance.

Attorney Legal Services

Uncontested Evictions

Flat fee available for uncontested evictions seeking possession only. Does not include money damages or contested proceedings.

Contract Preparation

Standard business and construction contracts drafted to your specifications for a fixed, agreed-upon price.

Construction Lien Preparation

Florida construction liens prepared by a licensed attorney for a flat fee. Lien must be recorded and served by the client.

Fee Policies

What You Should Know

Payment in Advance

Ready Legal collects fees in advance to ensure seamless legal service. For hourly work, we require an advance fee deposit (often incorrectly referred to as a "retainer"). The amount typically correlates with the scope of the project or, for longer matters such as litigation, an estimate covering an interim billing period. For flat-fee services, the full fee must be paid before work begins.

No Contingency Fees

Ready Legal does not operate on a contingency fee model. All legal services are billed according to the hourly rates or agreed-upon flat fees described above. If you need a personal injury attorney who operates on contingency, we would be happy to offer a referral.

Engagement Agreement Required

No legal services are performed until a written engagement agreement has been signed by both parties. Submitting a form or contacting the firm does not create an attorney-client relationship or obligate the firm to perform any services.
